Laila Canelo is an actress who grew up on Long island, NY. She has always been a bit dramatic, specifically when growing up, so it only makes sense for her to end up performing. She is currently in her senior year for a BFA in Musical Theatre from Long Island University. She also enjoys binge watching shows, listening to audio books, spending time with friends and family, and with her equally as sassy dog  Misty.

 

     She enjoys being able to step into the shoes of someone else, and tell a story that will impact an audience. She wants to inspire others to work hard in achieving their dreams no matter what others may say, as she has been!
