Laila Canelo is an actress who grew up on Long Island, NY. She has always been a bit dramatic, specifically when growing up, so it only makes sense for her to end up performing. She is currently in her senior year for a BFA in Musical Theatre from Long Island University. She also enjoys binge watching shows, listening to audio books, spending time with friends and family, and with her equally as sassy dog  Misty. She likes to try new hobbies such as crafts and wants to get into bedazzling. She has also been doing her own nails for the past two years now because she likes a new design every two weeks.

 

     She enjoys being able to step into the shoes of someone else and tell a story that will impact an audience. She wants to inspire others that no matter how grand their dreams may be, if you work hard, you can achieve them.
